We deliver throughout Ohio and to select areas in Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm delivery availability. Standard delivery typically takes about 3–5 business days; all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it’s going, so you only ever pay the real cost of getting your groceries to you — never an inflated fee. Prefer to skip shipping altogether? In-store pickup at our Hamilton location is always free.

Taxable items are calculated at checkout. In Ohio, most food items are non-taxable, but prepared foods, non-food items (like cookware, textiles, jewelry), and some specialty items may be taxable. The exact tax amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Most African produce should be stored in a cool, dry place. Leafy greens should be refrigerated. We include storage instructions with each delivery. For specific items:
  • Plantains: Store at room temperature until ripe, then refrigerate
  • Yams/Cassava: Store in a cool, dark place (not refrigerated)
  • Fresh herbs: Wrap in damp paper towel and refrigerate

We occasionally offer cooking classes in-store and online. Contact us for current schedules and availability — past topics have included traditional African cooking, Caribbean cuisine, and fusion dishes.

Yes! We can often special-order items. Contact us with your request and we’ll do our best to source it. Many specialty items take about two weeks or more to arrive, and availability and pricing can vary.

We accept returns within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery for non-perishable items in original condition. Perishable items can only be returned if spoiled upon delivery. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
