1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kavod Bethel African Market website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Ordering and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and added at checkout before payment
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal
• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason
• Taxable items are calculated at checkout (mostly non-food items)
• Promotions and discount coupons, when available, are announced on our Special Offers page and to our subscribers; each is subject to its own stated terms, dates, and availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time

3. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We deliver within Ohio and select neighboring states
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• In-store pickup at our Hamilton location is always free
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the address you provide (or handed to you at pickup). Please inspect your order on arrival; if anything is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, report it within 24 hours with photos. Our sole responsibility is to replace the affected item(s) or refund their purchase price, at our discretion

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Perishable items cannot be returned unless spoiled upon delivery. Non-perishable items may be returned with receipt. See our full Returns Policy for details.
