You only pay what shipping actually costs. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout from your order’s weight and destination — no padded fees and no surprises. Every order is hand-packed with care so your African and Caribbean staples arrive in great shape, and in-store pickup at our Hamilton location is always free.

4. Local Delivery Areas

Local delivery is available for Hamilton, Ohio and surrounding communities including Fairfield, West Chester, Liberty Township, and other areas within about a 15-mile radius of our store. The delivery fee is based on your distance from the store and is shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Perishable Items Shipping

We pack perishable items carefully using insulated packaging and ice packs, and we schedule shipments to keep time in transit as short as possible. Once an order is handed to the carrier, however, transit times and handling are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee the condition of perishable items on arrival. Please inspect perishable items as soon as they are delivered. If an item arrives spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace the affected item or refund its price — this is our sole remedy for perishable items. We recommend scheduling perishable deliveries for a time when someone can receive and refrigerate them promptly.
