SALSA Tomato paste 400 g

Description

Kavod African Market in Ohio proudly brings you Salsa Duplo Concentrado de Tomate – the ultra-rich, double-concentrated tomato paste that Latin American, Caribbean, and African home cooks have trusted for decades to deliver deep, savory tomato flavor in just a small spoonful, making it the perfect pantry shortcut for bold jollof rice, stews, braises, and pepper sauces. Unlike regular tomato paste, Salsa Duplo's double concentration means less water and more intense, naturally sweet tomato essence with a smooth, brick-red color that builds a robust foundation for Nigerian tomato stew, Ghanaian shito base, Haitian sos tomate, Trinidadian pelau, and Dominican sancocho without requiring hours of simmering. Simply dissolve a tablespoon into hot water or broth as a quick substitute for fresh tomatoes, or sauté directly with onions, garlic, scotch bonnet, and thyme to create a thick, clingy sauce that coats rice, beans, and meats beautifully. Free from artificial preservatives and added sugar
